Cambodia: Repurposing Tires
 

Initially, our plan was to repurpose these old tires into pots that could be used to hold soil and plant vegetables. However, we found that these tires could leach harmful chemicals into soil and food, so we instead chose to go with concrete planting beds, using the tires as a canvas for painting and to plant non-edibles like flowers.
